Finding the right therapist can be overwhelming and exhausting, especially when you need someone who understands the nuances of being queer and neurodivergent.

I believe therapy should be a space where you don’t have to worry about translating your experience and feel safe being your authentic self. Because of my own lived experience as a queer and neurodivergent individual, I appreciate the value of inclusive and affirming care that doesn’t try to “fix” your brain or change your way of being. Instead, my goal is to support you on your journey of self-acceptance through collaboration and non-judgement.

Everyone brings their own knowledge and experiences to therapy, and I firmly believe that everyone is an expert on their own life. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to help tailor my approach to each client. We will work together to understand how best to help you in your mental-health journey.

I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I offer individual therapy virtually, and am here to help you understand and work through your problems. While I specialize in queer and neurodivergent populations, I am open to working with many other communities and approach all clients with the same level of open curiosity and empathy.
