She/they
Welcome to a grounded, collaborative space to explore yourself and your relationships in a deeper, more meaningful way! Rooted in cultural humility and trauma-informed care, my work is guided by an intersectional lens and a respect for the complexities of identity. I show up in my sessions with clarity, honesty, humour, and an appreciation for nuance. Healing looks different for everyone, and your lived experience leads the way!
People often come to me when they’re feeling stuck in cycles of self-criticism, navigating relationship strain, experiencing anxiety or emotional overwhelm, or trying to make sense of identity, culture, or life transitions. Others arrive because they’re carrying too much on their own and need a place where they don’t have to perform or shrink themselves. Wherever you’re starting from, we’ll work together at a pace that feels manageable and aligned with your goals.
My practice integrates evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting and person-centered principles. I’m interested in what actually helps you move toward a life that feels more workable, not in imposing a rigid therapeutic agenda. Sessions often involve developing awareness of your internal experiences, strengthening emotional regulation skills, clarifying values, and understanding how past and present experiences influence how you show up today.
I also work with partners and couples, including queer, trans, and non-traditional relationships. When working with partners, I focus on communication, conflict patterns, emotional attunement, boundaries, and rebuilding connection. I draw from the Gottman Method and EFT-informed approaches to help partners understand one another more deeply and interrupt unhelpful cycles. My aim is to support relationships in becoming more responsive, compassionate, and intentional; not “perfect”.
I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of identities and neurotypes. My clinical work is informed by an awareness of power, culture, and the systemic factors that shape our lives. You can expect a space that is direct, calm, and grounded; one where your experiences are taken seriously and where we collaborate on meaningful, realistic change.
If my approach resonates with you, please reach out- I’d be glad to work with you!
