Person-Centered | Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) | Motivational Interviewing | Integrated Care

Whether you need help with problem-solving, getting through life’s hardships, building connections, or just want someone to listen without judgment, I’m here for you.

My therapeutic style involves integrating multiple modalities in order to best serve my clients. Doing so allows me to respect and accommodate intersectional identities, past experiences, and personal beliefs in a way that a “one modality fits all” approach does not.

The main modalities I work to integrate into care include Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). I take a harm reduction approach in therapy, integrating feminist theories and trauma-informed care in my practice.

My goal is to provide clients with an accepting space where they feel comfortable and able to explore their authentic selves. I believe in creating therapeutic goals collaboratively with my clients, as they are the true experts when it comes to their life experiences. Through providing validation and support, I hope to help people feel better about themselves and reach their goals.

Who I Support

I believe that therapy should be available to any person who needs or wants it, which is why I am proud to be part of a community that prioritizes compassion, support, and collective well-being for all, including populations which have historically been underserved.

I have great respect for diversity and unique life experiences. I have worked with a variety of clients including members of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, BIPOC, seniors, teens, those with physical and intellectual disabilities, religious minorities, and more. No problem is too big or too small for us to handle together in therapy.

Thank you for taking the time to read my bio and get to know me a bit! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
