Gain Clarity, Confidence, and Emotional Resilience

If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout, addiction, relationship challenges, or life transitions or need a space to be heard and understood - I'm here for you.

I provide a safe, affirming, and non-judgmental space where you can explore what's holding you back, understand how past experiences and patterns shape the present, and develop practical tools to create meaningful change. Together, we focus on your strengths, uncover insights, and examine deeply rooted beliefs, building strategies to navigate challenges with confidence and resilience. I specialize in supporting clients who have experienced childhood trauma, offering tailored care to help you process, heal, and move forward.

My approach is person-centred, strengths-based, trauma-informed, insight-oriented, and integrated. I draw on multiple evidence-based modalities, including Narrative Therapy, parts work, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, somatic awareness, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and customize each session to your unique needs, goals, and pace.

Who I Support

I work with teens and adults in individual and couples therapy from all backgrounds and life experiences. My goal is to create a space where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued, including those who have been historically underserved or marginalized. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship challenges, burnout, or life transitions, I'm here to walk alongside you.

Together, we'll uncover your strengths, develop practical strategies, and create a path forward that feels authentic and achievable. Therapy is a place to gain insight, build resilience, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want, and I'd be honoured to help you shine your light along the way.
