I am a Counselling Psychology student passionate about supporting humans and animals through volunteering, crisis response, fostering for local rescues, and general community involvement. When I'm not studying or volunteering, you’ll usually find me walking dogs/pet-sitting, spending time with my ultra-cute pets and loving partner, training in CrossFit when I can, or maintaining my 98% vegan lifestyle.

I currently volunteer as a crisis responder with DCGT (Distress Centres of Greater Toronto) and hold ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) certification. These experiences have solidified my commitment to meeting people with empathy, curiosity, and compassion during difficult moments.

At QTC (Queer Therapy Collective), I support therapists and community initiatives by writing blog posts, conducting research, preparing weekly and monthly reports, assisting with public presentations, and working on various behind-the-scenes projects. As someone still finding my place within the counselling profession and minority-serving spaces, I am passionate about helping create environments where people feel safe, affirmed, and supported as their authentic selves.

I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling seen, heard, and accepted, and I am grateful to contribute to a community that helps make that possible.
