Inclusive | Trauma-Informed | Neurodivergent-Affirming | Strength-Based Support

Supporting you in becoming your most authentic self with compassion, curiosity, and care. 💛🌿

I'm so glad you're here. Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and deeply present. In our sessions, you're welcome to show up exactly as you are, no pressure, no judgment, just space to breathe, reflect, and begin again.

Who I Support

I welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. With a longstanding career in the mental health field, I've had the privilege of supporting clients across a broad spectrum of identities, cultures, abilities, and challenges. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, neurodivergence, sexual health, or simply seeking a space to feel understood, you are welcome here.

My practice is inclusive, 2SLGBTQI+ affirming, body-positive, and neurodivergent-friendly. I bring a culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and disability-aware lens to my work.

My Approach

My work is grounded in compassion, intuition, and lived experience. I draw from evidence-based and client-centred modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), mindfulness, attachment-based practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed work, guided imagery, and trauma-informed care. I also integrate elements of somatic awareness and psychoeducation to support regulation, self-understanding, and lasting change.

Together, we'll gently process emotional pain and trauma, uncover strengths, and move toward clarity, self-trust, and meaningful change. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, identity, and pace.

Lived Experience

Having worked in the mental health field for years and navigated systems not built to understand me fully, I know what it's like to carry parts of yourself the world hasn't always welcomed. These experiences have profoundly shaped the way I hold space: with deep empathy, humility, and respect for the whole of you.

I'm also a nature lover and often find grounding through time outdoors and connection with animals. Whether it's a quiet walk in the woods or goat yoga in a sunlit field, I believe in the healing power of presence, movement, and playful moments.

A Space to Begin Again

You don't need to have it all figured out. This is a space where all parts of you are welcome, especially the ones that have felt invisible or not enough. If you're ready to explore what's been holding you back and step into a life that feels more grounded, empowered, and authentically yours, I'd be honoured to walk beside you on that journey. 💫
